Once we have built your website it needs to be "hosted", this is basically a rental agreement whereby you, the website owner hosts space on a server (type of computer). The files that make up your website are stored on this server and available for the public to view by typing your chosen domain name into their browser.
At WebsiteCo.com we offer 2 distinct options for hosting your website, we can customize these to suit the special needs some clients may have, but for most one of the 2 options below will be ideal.
You rent a space on our server account and we manage this area for you, ensuring your email accounts, databases and site backups are all done for you.
Your own full account
You rent a space directly with a hosting company and you pay them directly for that space, we simply charge you a small one off setup fee to open the account, transfer your websites files to them and setup any required email accounts and databases. If you select this option the one off setup fee we charge includes some basic training on how to use your hosting account.
